Lachlan Campbell
Technical Business Development Director (UK)

Lachlan provides a specialism in Project Management. With over 30 years experience (including strategic and board level) of various engineering projects in the following industries:- Avionics, Banking, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Nuclear, Oil, Gas, Retail, Semiconductor Electronics and Shipbuilding.

Has an extensive multi-cultural knowledge including Europe, Asia and the USA complimented with a functional leadership approach to business strategy, business development, project management / delivery, quality management and Health & Safety regulation.

Brian Dalby
Business Development (UK)

Brian started out in the industry in 1968 as managing director of Gainford engineering ltd. He has been MD for over 30 years for several companies working in mechanical engineering.

He has completed large projects including: Nissan, Dunlop, Phillips, Atmel, Siemens and various universities. The projects have varied in size from £10,000 to £12Million.

Allan Fairfull
Business Development & Operations Manager (Europe)

Allan has over 30 years experience in Semiconductor engineering; including maintenance, Facilities Management, Quality Systems and Project Management. He also operated as Chief Operating Officer for a small electronics start-up.

Allan’s experience includes multi-nationals across Europe, including Motorola, Phillips, Atmel and Tata Steel.

Kerli Lauk
Technology & Business Development

Kerli has a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, where she specialised in the field of Colloid and Environmental Chemistry, with a Masters Degree in Measurement Science in Chemistry, specialising in the field of Metrology and Quality Systems.

Kerli has six years experience in waste water treatment facilities, where she gained her experience on Anaerobic Digestion. She spent 5 years in Semiconductors as a process section head for the Chemistry and Photolithography departments.

Ken Foster
Program & Process Manager

Ken joined the SEQPL team in September 2015.

His substantial experience includes 3 years with Regenersis PLC in an international program management role; incorporating new business acquisitions, client outsourcing, technology transfers, site consolidations / closures, and new site start ups.

5 years with Atmel NTS provided the opportunity to manage Site Facilities, Supply Management and the Quality & Continuous Improvement groups.

Previous to this Ken worked with Applied Materials as a Business Program Manager in their new Equipment Installation business and over 21 years with Motorola Semiconductor Products Division in Operations, Engineering and Project Management roles.

He was awarded the National General Certificate NEBOSH Level 3 (with Credit) in Occupational Health and Safety in 2009, and Prince2 Registered Practitioner status in 2008.

Ken is a past member of the British Institute of Facilities Management.

Glenn Thompson
UK Engineering Manager

Glenn provides forty years of experience and knowledge within engineering, process engineering and construction services, covering a wide range of industries and sectors.

Responsibilities and experience include; Business development, Project management. His Operational project functions include; planning, design, fabrication, installation and maintenance.

Highly skilled with extensive experience operating within complex industrial market sectors to assist in providing a complete engineering and construction service. Responsible for delivering multi-million pound successful high profile fast track contracts for numerous clients.

Industry and Service Sectors include Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical and Scientific facilities. Commercial, Industrial, Automotive, Rail and Heavy Transport.
